Cheer yourself up!

This post is going to be a one big advice for all of you who doesn't know how to scary sadness away and just cheer yourself up:))
One. Use your friends as the antidepressants. Spending time with people you truly like is the best way to overcome sorrow and smile again:) A lot of people admit that just a simple talk with the ones you trust and love does wonders!:)
Two. Appreciate the presence of your pets. Play with them, cuddle to them, talk to them! There is no doubt that this will make you happier immediately trust me! Well I guess not only your but for sure your pet too!:)
Three. Sport. The scientists have proved that doing excercises really make ourselves feel better:) It's because when we spend time actively our brain starts producing endorphins that are colloquially called 'hormones of happiness':) If you are not the sports type of a person just go for a short walk! That will do nicely:)
Four. Prepare something delicious. It can be a pie, cookies, ice creams, hot chocolate, pizza, fruit salad, whatever you want! You can use some interesting recipe or just improvise:) The only important thing is to derive great pleasure from eating:)
Five. Watch some nice movie or listen to your favourite music that could make you relax and just put you in a good mood:) It has been certified that a short nap during the day influences positively on your mood and make our brain work better and more effectively:) Thus sweet dreams!:))

Mother Nature on her throne

Mother Nature is such a scary woman with incredible abilities and creativity. The best proof of that are beautiful and breathtaking scenerios she has made all over the world and natural disasters she caused that affected negatively on people's lives. In my opinion it perfectly shows that she has two sides: the dark one and the good one.
Personally I really love nature and almost everything that is related to it. I guess the reason why is because I've been living in the countryside since I was born. Now that I moved to a big city I really miss those days I could get out of a house, lay down on the grass and relax looking at the blue sky above me.
In my opinion people has become conceited and overconfident so much that they are convinced they are able to tame nature or even defeat her to realize their goals. No matters how many lessons Mother Nature has given them humans are such stubborn creatures that are seemed to not learn anything. I bet the catastrophes she is always blaming for are her way to express the anger and discontent with people's actions. I think humans should take care of nature, appreciate the things she has given to us and which we practically based our lifes on.
I hope that people will understand it someday and will do everything to protect nature. It truly needs to be defended.

Rommates at your service!

I must admit it is such a luck to have a roommate that is always willing to help you. Actually I'm so glad I have one of these! She is an amazing person, I consider her as one of my closest friends:) I usually call her using the nickname, which actually I've given her years ago:) She liked it immediately and from that day on everyone who knows her more closely uses it:) There is a lot of things I love about her like the sense of humour, that she is such a caring and kind-hearted person and that she is always willing to listen to your problems and give you an advice:) Believe me or not but I could write you a long list why I appreciate her presence so much:)
Living with someone can really change your point of view on some things, let you broaden your mind and make you be more open on new, unknow stuff. Since we shared the same room, we have discovered things about us we weren't aware of! Like for example: hobbies. My friend is such a big fan of manga (I described it in previous post) and mostly everything that is related with Japan:) The truth is she has really affected me with her love to it and now we share the same passion:)
I guess now you are all wondering if we get angry on each other or something like that. Yes we do but I think that's naturally, it would be actually weird it we didn't have some arguments from time to time. The thing that makes me happy is that we can't stay mad at ech other for too long and we can always solve the problem without yelling.
At the end I wish all of you to have someone like this by your side, it really make your life easier!:)

Japanese work of art!

Today I would love to present you a thing called manga, which I've lately fallen in love with. I must admit that it wouldn't have happend if I didn't share a flat with one of my closest friends:) She truly admires them, the endless collection of manga lying on her shelves is the best proof of it:)
Manga is a comic originally created and published in Japan. The stories that are composed of hand drawn illustrations are usually printed in black-and-white, but there are some coloured ones as well. A manga artist called in Japan 'mangaka' usually works with a group of assistants in a small studio and is assiociated with one of commercial publishing company. If a manga series become really popular, it may be animated after or during its run. The specific thing about manga is that you read it from right to left. It has also a lot of genres: action-adventure, romance, sports and games, historical drama, comedy, science-fiction and fantasy, mystery, suspense, detective, horror, sexuality, among others.
In my opinon manga is such a piece of art. The beautiful, neatly made drawings, the range of different personalities of heros and the moments and statements said by characters that can really touch you - I guess all of this will always impress me. To sum up, I highly recommend manga to anyone who isn't sceptical and likes broaden the mind:))
